Refund & Returns Policy

We offer a 15-day return window on most items, starting from the date you receive your order. This policy applies to customers worldwide.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Have all original tags attached.

• Be in its original packaging.

• Include proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please do not send any items back before your return has been approved. Unrequested or unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions and return address. We will also inform you of who is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable period after receiving your order so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

This procedure is separate from, and does not reduce or replace, any statutory warranty, guarantee, or consumer rights you may be entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used.

We also do not accept returns of:

• Hazardous materials.

• Custom or personalized items.

• Any other items that are not eligible for return under applicable law.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refunded amount in your account.

EU / UK 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may additionally have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

This statutory right is separate from the 15-day commercial return policy described above.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may deduct from your refund any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Nothing in this Refund & Returns Policy limits, excludes, or replaces any mandatory legal rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

This includes any statutory rights you may have regarding the repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation, or refund of faulty, defective, or non-conforming goods.

Where applicable law provides you with rights that are more favorable than those described in this policy, those legal rights will prevail.
